1. BOOKINGS

1.1 All information detailed in client itineraries is given to the best of Mambo Gorilla Safaris Uganda knowledge and based on the latest information available. The company cannot be liable for modified information from third parties or obvious typing errors.

1.2 To reserve flights and gorilla permits we require your full names as they appear in your passport, nationality and passport number.

1.3 Before confirming a safari, clients must inform Mambo Gorilla Safaris Uganda of any preferences, medical requirements, dietary needs, disabilities or special requests.

1.4 All safari packages are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Early reservations are recommended as many lodges and hotels have limited capacity.

1.5 If you wish to amend your reservation, Mambo Gorilla Safaris Uganda will make adjustments where possible. Amendment fees may apply depending on the actual costs involved.

1.6 Mambo Gorilla Safaris Uganda reserves the right to adjust tour schedules, transportation, accommodation and services due to unforeseen circumstances before arrival. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

2. PRICES

2.1 Safari prices quoted include services stated in the itinerary unless otherwise indicated, including accommodation, meals as specified, park entrance fees, ranger fees, airport transfers where applicable, transportation, English-speaking driver guides and bottled mineral water.

2.2 Expenses not included are international and domestic flights, visas, passports, meals not mentioned, drinks, tips, laundry, travel insurance and personal expenses.

2.3 Prices displayed on the website or quoted to clients are subject to change without notice and are only guaranteed after written confirmation.

2.4 Mambo Gorilla Safaris Uganda reserves the right to adjust prices due to exchange rate changes or increases in operational costs. The company will always try to minimize any increases.

3. EXECUTION OF THE TOUR

3.1 Wildlife viewing cannot be guaranteed as animals live in their natural environment. Guests must follow instructions from guides and wildlife authorities.

3.2 Gorilla and chimpanzee permits guarantee tracking opportunities but do not guarantee animals will be visible at close range.

3.3 Accommodation is based on twin or double rooms, tents or bandas with private facilities where possible. Single rooms may be available at an additional cost.

3.4 Mambo Gorilla Safaris Uganda reserves the right to substitute equivalent or superior accommodation where necessary.

3.5 Transportation depends on the number of travellers and safari route. Vehicles are maintained in good condition, however the company cannot accept liability for delays caused by road conditions, breakdowns or mechanical problems.

3.6 Experienced English-speaking driver guides are the only authorised persons to operate Mambo Gorilla Safaris Uganda vehicles. The guide's decision regarding routes and safety matters is final.

3.7 Mambo Gorilla Safaris Uganda reserves the right to alter routes, cancel activities or adjust arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances including road closures, weather conditions, park restrictions or security concerns.

3.8 The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors to provide all or part of the agreed safari services.
